Every program begins with a personal consultation. We do not build anything until we know your history, your goals, your lifestyle, and where you are starting from. What you receive is not a template. It is a bespoke program engineered specifically for you.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Our online coaching programs are designed for the motivated individual who is serious about their long term health and performance but cannot or does not want to train in person. Whether you are based outside New York City, travel frequently, or simply prefer the flexibility of remote coaching — Centenarian Online Coaching delivers the same standard of expertise and personalization as our in person programs.
WHAT MAKES CENTENARIAN ONLINE COACHING DIFFERENT
Most online coaching programs are built around templates, automated check ins, and pre written programming. Centenarian Online Coaching is none of those things. Every program is written from scratch based on your personal consultation. Every check in is a real conversation with your coach. Every adjustment is made based on your actual progress not an algorithm.
Your program is delivered through the Centenarian Blueprint coaching app — available on iOS and Android. Every exercise comes with a professionally filmed instructional video so you know exactly how to execute each movement with correct form and technique. Your training schedule, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and direct coach messaging all live in one place — simple, intuitive, and built around your program specifically. The app integrates directly with Apple Watch — syncing your exercise, steps, sleep, heart rate, and calories burned so your coach has a complete picture of your progress and recovery between every check in.

Minimum 3 month commitment

Centenarian Elite Coaching — $797 / month
Minimum 3 month commitment
Initial 60 minute virtual consultation to conduct a thorough assessment of your goals, training history, movement history, lifestyle, and starting point before we build your program Bespoke 6 to 12 week training program designed around your assessment Nutritional habit support and guidance Bi weekly 30 minute virtual check in calls Unlimited messaging with 24 hour response Monthly body composition check in including weight and progress photos
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 — Apply
Submit your Begin Your Blueprint application. Tell us about your goals, your history, and what you are looking to achieve.
Step 2 — Consult
We schedule your initial virtual consultation. This is where we get to know you — your movement history, your lifestyle, your nutrition habits, and exactly what you need from a program.
Step 3 — Build
We design your bespoke program from scratch based entirely on your consultation. Training, nutrition, and structure built around you and nobody else.
Step 4 — Train
Your program is delivered and your coaching relationship begins. Regular check ins, ongoing support, and program adjustments keep you progressing toward your goals month after month.

What equipment do I need?
We design your program around the equipment you have access to — whether that is a fully equipped gym, a home gym, or minimal equipment. We ask about your setup during your initial consultation and build accordingly.
How is the program delivered?
Your training program is delivered through the Centenarian Blueprint coaching app on iOS and Android. Every exercise includes a professionally filmed instructional video so you know exactly how to execute each movement with correct form and technique. The app integrates directly with Apple Watch syncing your exercise, steps, sleep, heart rate, and calories so your coach always has a complete picture of your progress between every check in.
What if I travel frequently?
Centenarian Online Coaching is designed for exactly this situation. Your program is built around your lifestyle including travel. We design adaptable programming that can be modified based on whatever equipment you have access to wherever you are in the world.
Is nutrition included?
Yes — nutritional habit support and guidance is included in both programs. We do not provide rigid meal plans but we work with you to build sustainable evidence based nutrition habits that support your training and your long term health goals.
Can I upgrade from Centenarian Online Coaching to Centenarian Elite Coaching?
Yes — at any point after your initial 3 month commitment you can upgrade to Centenarian Elite Coaching. We will schedule your 60 minute consultation and adjust your program and check in frequency accordingly.
What is the difference between online coaching and in person training?
Centenarian Online Coaching delivers the same bespoke programming and evidence based methodology as our in person programs. The difference is the absence of hands on coaching and real time form correction that in person sessions provide. For clients with significant movement limitations or injury history we recommend beginning with our in person programs or the Centenarian Blueprint Diagnostic™ before transitioning to online coaching.
