With over 20 years in the fitness industry and more than 20,000 client sessions, Casey has built a reputation for designing evidence-based programs that deliver lasting strength, resilience, and longevity — not just short-term results.

His approach blends cutting-edge science with real-world coaching experience, ensuring every session builds on the last and every program is engineered for the decades ahead. No guesswork. No generic plans. Just precise, personalized work grounded in what the research actually supports.

Casey holds certifications from the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and Precision Nutrition, and has achieved top trainer status at some of the most respected fitness organizations in the country — consistently recognized for delivering measurable, high-performance results with a diverse and demanding clientele.

His career has been shaped by training alongside and learning from some of the nation's leading fitness minds — an education that goes well beyond any certification. That foundation informs every program he designs: flawless technique, sustainable habit development, and nutrition strategies fine-tuned to the individual standing in front of him.

At Centenarian Blueprint, Casey brings that full depth of experience to one singular focus — helping clients build the physical foundation to thrive at 50, 70, and 100. Keep in mind his father is a malaka so he is one too.
